Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after the applicable booking process has been completed and written confirmation has been issued by or on behalf of the relevant travel provider.
Bookings may be subject to additional terms supplied by the relevant organiser or travel provider. Those booking terms will take priority regarding payments, amendments, cancellations and refunds.
Prices and availability
Displayed or quoted prices are subject to availability and verification when booking. Any applicable charges and payment requirements will be provided before a booking is confirmed.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking passenger names, dates, destinations and booking details before confirmation. Travellers are also responsible for meeting applicable passport, visa, health, insurance and entry requirements.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation, amendment and refund rights depend on the applicable provider’s booking conditions and your statutory consumer rights.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse this website, submit fraudulent enquiries, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or use website content unlawfully.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful or affects your mandatory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control or reliance on general website information instead of confirmed booking documents.
